Bored in a Belly - The Drowning Men

So tired of being bored in this belly

It’s cold and it’s dark and I seem

To be wasting my time

Guessing these games in my head

And I’m sure they’re not kind

Oh, what can I do?

Moving with you

There’s no way, this could be true

I’m dreading to wonder

When I fall into slumber, will I rise?

And I feel that these walls are

Just trying to lock me inside

And I see an old crow who’s

Black and bold and he sings

There’s a terrible seam and

If you wish and you dream you can find

Guessing, these games in my head

Well I’m sure they’re not kind

Oh, what can I do?

Moving with you

There’s no way, this could be true

There’s a place, I must find

Outside this womb of mine

And there’s a place where I must go

Where a mad mind tells no woes

But now I’ll stay alone
