An elusive occurance in perdition’s shrine left me burning vain curtains to see

what’s behind.

And your surfacing hand reached for my neck

to pull me down into the whirling depths of your waving bed.

And your self-serving acts frame the assumption that the worst heart of the

world does not permit itself to be read.

And with every little sting you’ve put inside my flesh I admit that I adored

the worst person I’ve ever met.

I cherished all illusions deep in your nightmarish eyes.

They fed my blooded sympathy until every emotion died and left me yearning

continuously for a dethroned love

but your malevolent nature abused my trust.
