Sometimes I listen to you and won’t let my mouth speak

Some information in my ears I pray that God leaks

Don’t wanna keep it but when looking around

I see that people that surround are so happy you’re down

What a trick word that disturbs the people that thinks

Caught in a world of smoking cigarettes that keeps on the brink

A race of people like the Natives coming close to extinct-tion

Endangered species, I then slowly blink

I let my eyes slowly open to a scene in which I’m scoping

Where it’s kids killing kids religious wars that will go on

From now til' it hits the last man but time goes on

And something coming next since time was made to flow on

As the world turns, it turns old

We start warm, then turn cold

Start half then turn whole, so crying to God
