The mist surrounds the silent night

Swallowed in the twilight

The street lamps breathe no life

Running through the streets, running but I can’t touch the ground

Relentless shadows paint the walls

In the distance mother calls

Under an evergreen I cry

Fading in the twilight, she’s pulling out of sight
