I hate to say it but I don’t think about you as much as I did

You left your mark on my skin

I never thought it would be this hard to forget you and the things you left in

me- they grew their roots the day you just collapsed from the weight

Over and over you clung to your bleeding heart

They said in time all of this would heal, but thats not quite how I feel
