I had decided there was not much I believe in I tried it all and nothing much appealed to me

I’d had my kicks my thrills my way ups and my way downs

My life was all the same then you walked up to me

But as the time went by I felt myself start changing

Now I believe in things my mind could never see

I believe in beauty in the trees

I believe in life when a puppy breathes

I believe in music when I hear a song

That children sing

I believe in helping if I see fear

I believe in crying when I feel a tear

I believe in love when you are near

I believe in everything

I miss so much in life because I rush right through it You slowed me down enough to make me see the way

The love you gave me slowly opened up my blind eyes

What I never saw for years I see every day
