Body tensing, pulse is rising high

Fists clenched, blood boiling in my veins

Burning flame is kindled in my eyes

The edge of common sight, can’t pull back the reigns

Loosing myself to the fires of the deepest rage from a place I never knew

It’s a deadly poison I can feel, as my heart is ripped apart by this toxic

malicious curse

I’ve been caught in anger’s snare

Trapped inside this cage that I built for myself

Clarity of thought impaired

Mental functions failing me, mind malfunctioning

Of myself I’m not aware

Tunnel visions, blind to the world around me
