You, three brothers born with only one eye

Exile became your life

Ouranos your father decided to get rid of you

Fearing you to turn against him

With you deformed appearance

And your incredible strength

Hurled you down in the tartar

To secure his celestial supremacy

Nameless dwellers of hell

Banished because threatening

Divinities prefered to expel you

From the Olympian kingdom

Twice banished, twice released

First time delivered by your mother gaia,

Brother kronos and the titanic horde

To get over with the ouranian reign

Once your father defeated,

Your brother enthroned

And your job carried out

In the struggle for Olympus sovereignty

Kronos, to keep his domination on the kingdom

Sent you back in the Tartar

You’ll forge lightning, thunder and thunderbolt

Who’ll strike the infantivore father

Your weapons, (lightning) «asteropes»,

(thunder) «brontes» and (thunderbolt) «arges»

Became your names

Grateful to those who emerged you from obscurity

You gave to Hades an invisibility helmet,

To Poseidon his trident

And to Zeus thunder and lightning
