We had hopes of making a difference.

Will the verses carry?

The time and effort invested may be the light that reflected.

Expecting the worst.

Although these trials ahead will have to pass us first.

This means everything to us.

And the nights I spent with these thoughts made me feel at peace.

I’m apprehensive at best.
