I woke up in a dream

And I’m facing twisted shadows

On a journey through no man’s land

No light is present

But still there’s no sign of the dark

It’s a place where no one’s been before

I look ahead

I’m looking back

Standing at the east

Then towards the west

Still there’s no sign to lead the way

Is this a land of eternal sand?

I’m on my knees

Crying for relief
