Enjoy the silence, I’m certain it won’t last

A storm is stirring up, it has been from the past

We ignored the signs, no questions asked

The present reveals, we shouldn’t stand bias

I feel it in the air

And I can feel it in my bones

My knees are getting weak

The breeze is turning cold

We have to brace ourselves

For times to come ahead

Cause panic and fear will soon spread

The great depression two point-O

Our governments are overthrown

Collapse of the economy

What has become of society?

All pointing fingers

None take the blame

How will things ever be the same?

But we know how this story goes

The poor will suffer, rich will grow

Riots in the streets, I pray that it won’t last

The storm has to calm down, it has done in the past

We’re stuck on repeat, with no end in sight

There is no chance to leave this planet alive

We should have listened

We should value that we’re living free

Cause all that is left behind

Is suffering and misery
