Alle Schlachten sind geschlagen, alle Siege sind errung’n.

Alle Feuer sind erloschen, aller Siegessang verklung’n.

Und so machen wir uns auf uns’re letzte große Fahrt.

Und willst du uns dran hindern so sei gewarnt:

Steinig die Pfade,

Die Heimat so weit.

Halt aus wir kommen,

Mach dich bereit!

Wo ein Wille wär ein Weg, doch wo wir wandern führt kein Steg.

Wo sich Schluchten tief aufreißen, wo der Sturm niemals vergeht.

Lasst uns stetig weiter schreiten unsren zähen, langen Marsch,

Darum lasst euch nicht so feiern, und jetzt hoch den Arsch!
