Extinction event, after affect

Dust cloud arise, burning the eye

Colonies die, fight to survive

Destined to save, or enter the grave

Burn and forge- In the adolescence of time

Atrophy reigns, silent remains

Annihilation, obscuring the sun

The passing of youth, denial of truth

Adolescence is mourned, temporal forlorn

Veil and weep- in the adolescence of time

Amongst the wreckage of this ruined world

Open vortex, end of life is buried

To rise once more from evolution’s slime
