This is a story from a long time ago

About a boy that I used to know

He had problems I knew about

And the schools all just threw him out

And as the years kept passing us by

No matter what I would say or try

He would walk on his path alone

While the rest of us had a throne

With a secret that no-one knew

Except for me and a chosen few

And I wish it wasn’t true

I know we’ll meet again

I wish that I knew when

We will meet again

As feathers came flying off him

He found out that he never could swim

He still thought that he was a shark

But the water was cold and dark

And when I thought he was out of breath

He just defeated and cheated death

Did he get what he came here for?

Well he never asked me for more

With no-one left to see

He broke free

We saw him fade away

And staring at the sun

One by one

We felt him slip away

I know we’ll meet again

I wish that I knew when
