Defeated paradigm, still push without thinking

So they can vandalize what the architect’s building

While I strategize ways I can be the victor

They wanna glamorize ways they can be the victim

Being founded by but claiming that they hate the system

But never wonder why things never get different

They say we getting gentrified out the inner city

But can’t nobody make you leave when you own a building

If we prioritize ownership, we could end it

But we distracted by racism and can’t see it

So who’ll sacrifice for the next generation

Who’s prepared to die to execute their own vision

While y’all run and hide, I’ll be in the front

I see them paralyzed by the news and television

They overanalyze and normalize their own killings

Instead of changing themselves, they try to change the system

You been demonized, realize and then admit it

Sabotaged by your own and the opposition

Violent crimes once they took the fathers out the picture

Neighborhoods terrorized by their own children

We need to organize the neighborhoods that we live in

Keep the economics, leave all the politicians

Build a family so they don’t have to build prisons

'Cause we can only change us, not racism
