Some days feel like a thousand years

Some days are dark as night

Sometimes I’m in another world

Some days I’m filled with light

Some days I’m filled with light

Bluebirds over silver ocean

Endless Autumn, time and motion

Stars are shining in your eyes

Venus overhead…

Evening breeze brings lavender

«This must be love» she said

And everything is lost and found

Everything is clear

All these things will fade away

But don’t despair my dear

Nothing now but vapour trails

And deep blue soundless sky

Nothing now but shadows cast

By ghosts of days gone by

Nothing here but memories

Nothing left to say

Nothing now but birds on wires

No wings to fly away
