Awakened by the dreams of night

Streetlights yields to the grey

Rain shatter the world outside my window

Towering walls of steel and stone

I feel the last raindrops

falling from the sky

close my eyes and feel the heat

of an awakening sun

Rippling water dripping from

the last winter snow
